Road trips are fun but you know what is even more fun? Taking a road trip with your best friend! And if you are someone who yearns for travel, then we've got something just for you. Maybe these are places you've already been to but the experience of visiting these places with friends has a different charm to it.

Travel tip: Take the NH 17 from Mumbai and then take the SH 108 to reach Tarkarli. The route is picturesque and worth the additional distance.

Travel Tip: Check out the apple orchards before Manali and you will find a delightful sight.

Travel Route: Bangalore - Hosur- Krishnagiri - Dharmapuri - Salem - Perundurai – Kangeyam – Dharapuram – Udumalaipet – Marayoor – Munnar.
Travel tip: If you’re someone who cannot live with a mobile phone, be ready to be disappointed. This is a no-cell-phone-coverage zone!

Travel route: Delhi - Chandigarh - Mandi - Kullu - Manali - Rohtang La - Kokhsar - Tandi - Keylong - Darcha - Sarchu - Pang - Upshi – Leh.
Travel tip: Make sure you are geared with all travel essentials including rain gear, woolens and food.

Visit Chennai via the amazing city of Mahabalipuram which is famous for a number of monuments and the Shore Temple. The journey is short and scenic which makes it extremely enjoyable.

Travel Route: Chennai – Chetpet – Anna Nagar – Pondicherry.
Travel Tip: Artistic or not, one of the many unconventional things you can do in Pondicherry is attending a Tanjavur painting workshops. Do it!

Travel route: Kolkata - Durgapur - Varanasi - Allahabad - Kanpur - Pilibhit - Kumaon
Travel tip: Don’t forget to visit Binsar. Drive down from Almora and visit the German bakery which probably serves the best ‘pizzas’ and ‘thukpa’.
